Customers are responsible for checking and approving all design details, including spelling, measurements, colors, and specifications, before production begins. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
4. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, artwork, images, text, or other materials submitted to Sign Castle. Customers remain responsible for the content they provide. Sign Castle may use these materials only as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, deliver, and support the order.
All Sign Castle website content, including images, graphics, logos, designs, and written materials, remains the property of Sign Castle or its respective rights holders and may not be used without authorization.
5. Pricing & Shipping
